We also offer pick-up in person if your address is not within our delivery zone. Pick-ups are on Saturdays only between May 11th and June 8th, from 8am to 5pm. Please wait for the email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.

Deliveries are made between May 11th and June 8th. We deliver between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. When your order is processed, an e-mail is sent to you advising that delivery will take place in 2 days. If you don't think you'll be able to be there at least that evening to water the plants, please let us know so we can change the delivery date.

If you choose the in-person pickup option, when your order is ready, an e-mail will be sent to you. Pick-ups are on Saturdays only between May 11 and June 8, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A $10 delivery charge applies to orders under $45.

Yes, we can collect them when delivering your order. You can leave them in front of your door and we will bring them back to our facilities for them to be reused.

No exchange or refund.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the plants or if a plant has been damaged during delivery, do not hesitate to contact us by adding the necessary photos to info@monjardinenligne.ca.
